砷化鎵透鏡
砷化鎵是半絕緣體,它在大功率連續(xù) CO2激光系統(tǒng)中可以替代硒化鋅用來作透鏡和窗口。砷化鎵擁有良好的硬度和強度,相對于較軟的基底材料,砷化鎵在多灰塵或微粒的惡劣環(huán)境下,表現(xiàn)更加突出。而較軟的基底會允許微粒嵌入光學(xué)元件中,這樣使得即使再好的鍍膜也會無濟于事。砷化鎵材料不具有吸濕性,其化學(xué)特性十分穩(wěn)定(除非與強酸接觸),可以安全使用。
